Suppose you have just encountered that huge breasted lady of your dreams. What would be a deal breaker? What thing(s) could overcome your lust for her magnificent boobs and body? (Let's assume that you are both single and available - just to make the question a bit simpler.)

"Pancake" to me means very big saggy boobs that almost look deflated.
